(July 28, 2025) Highland, MI—Centurion & Supreme Boats is proud to announce Oakland County Boat Sales as their newest dealer. Since opening it’s doors on November 1, 2019, OKC owner, Kyle Potocki, outgrew two locations and is now in his largest location to date in Highland, Michigan.

Oakland County Boat Sales (OKC) grew from a regional boat broker to a nationwide watersports dealer and locator for customers across the country. Word spread quickly from happy customers about the dedicated team support customers received during and after the sale. After adding on a new pontoon line in 2021, OKC is excited to partner with Centurion and Supreme to elevate the customer experience for the watersports market in the Detroit area.

“As we’ve grown, we needed to be able to grow to serve our customers and employees as they grow too,” Potocki shares. “The timing was right and there was a hole in our market where customers wanted the best wake surf waves and world class customer experience from a dealer who cares. This is perfect timing and a great opportunity to partner with a team that is as customer centric as we are.”

OKC is known for their “mom and pop” store vibe. Throughout the company, the employees have a passion for watersports and taking care of customers and maintaining relationships well past the purchase of a boat.

“I’m not here to sell you a boat, I’m here to sell you the next five. We are passionate about serving our area and our community. There are a lot of dealerships in the area who helped build the wake boat community in the country and even though we’re the younger wave in our community, we have the passion for growth,” Potocki shares.

Potocki has built a strong team at OKC. JP, who runs everything back of house, brings a wealth of over 40 years of experience to the dealership.

“My sales team and I love meeting new customers and getting them in the right boat all while creating great relationships. JP and our service team handle service, warranty, and admin to make purchasing from us seamless and as enjoyable as possible. This industry is our passion, and we always push for growth and elevating our customer experience. We work well together,” Potocki says.

OKC is heavily involved in their community. The dealership sponsors a charity event hosted by former Detroit Redwings player, Joe Kocur’s. The charity gives back to children in the community. In addition, OKC employs high school kids in the community and has plans to partner with a local school to help kids get jobs and jumpstart their careers.

“We are honored as a manufacturer to partner with a passionate group to grow watersports and bring family and friends together to create memories to last a lifetime. From sales to service, winterization, and beyond OKC is the total package. This will be the beginning of a great partnership that will serve the Detroit market with the best boating experience possible. OKC will carry our “Making Life Better” creed to all those they serve,” Nate Reid, Centurion & Supreme Boats Eastern Sales Manager states.
